No matter our good intentions, it’s not always possible to find time for a long yoga practice. That doesn’t mean however we need to choose from doing a long practice or no practice.
I’m a big believer of creating time for shorter home yoga practices on the days we don’t have time to do a so-called full practice. Even if all we can manage is finding 5 – 20 mins to practice, it will help us feel better than if we don’t do anything at all.
I’m therefore really excited to share with you this shorter 20 mins ashtanga vinyasa yoga YouTube guided practice. Where you can practice along a condensed version of the ashtanga vinyasa primary series with a series of sun salutations, fundamental standing poses and the last three seated poses.

Is Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners?
Although this is a shorter ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice it does still include some postures that are challenging for beginners. That doesn’t mean though that you can’t try out ashtanga yoga if you’re a beginner!
