This introduction workshop is the perfect way to start your yoga practice! During the workshop you learn the basic principles of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. As well as get familiar with different yoga styles.
Introduction to Pranayama

This workshop is an introduction to pranayama and principles covered in the breath course. We'll focus on three elements of breathing: (1) in everyday life; (2) within your yoga practice and; (3) pranayama, formal breathing exercises.
