This introduction workshop is the perfect way to start your yoga practice! During the workshop you learn the basic principles of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. As well as get familiar with different yoga styles.

In this special 2-hour workshop you will be guided through the moon sequence. This is a gentle vinyasa slow flow style sequence that is focused on softening your body and breath.
