What Will You Learn in the Beginners Yoga Workshop?
This introduction workshop is the perfect way to start your yoga practice! During the workshop you learn the basic principles and you get familiar with the different yoga styles.
Introduction to yoga
Different styles of yoga
Basic breathing techniques
Basic standing postures
After the workshop you will receive personal guidance on the most appropriate yoga style(s) for you and your goals, a handout detailing more about the different styles of yoga, a detailed practice sheet of the yoga poses covered and link to Irene's beginners yoga pose tutorial website Yoga Screen.
