Learn Yoga and Mindfulness in Group Classes - Online & in Amsterdam

Our yoga and mindfulness teacher Irene teaches group classes regularly at Tula Yogastudios and substitute classes at Delight Yoga in Amsterdam. To be sure of a spot  it is always best to book via the studio websites.

Group classes offer the opportunity to practice together with others in a community. They provide the chance to learn from each other, as well as getting inspired and energised.

All yoga studios are currently closed in the Netherland due to the coronavirus lockdown restrictions. During this time Irene is teaching online livestream classes that can be joined from your own living room, wherever you're based.

Irene is a certified (520-RYT) in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation teacher. She also specialises in beginners yoga and focusing on internal and external alignment of yoga poses. 

Irene founded Antara Yoga in 2016 with the goal to help others feel energised, inspired and resilient to stress. We offer classes and workshops to individuals, groups and businesses, either online or face-to-face in Amsterdam.
