Seven Days of Yoga Challenge: Creating a Home Yoga Practice
Like most things, practicing a bit of yoga each day is much more effective than doing a longer session once a week.
We often have good intentions for creating a healthy daily yoga routine, but can't seem to find the time to practice or not sure what to do for a short balanced yoga practice.
Our free home practice workbook provides seven short 5 - 15 mins yoga sequences, for seven days of yoga practice. All sequences have been created by our Yoga and Mindfulness teacher Irene.
Guidance is given in the workbook on how you can use these seven sequences to create a daily yoga practice routine.
Irene encourages you to try practicing one sequence per day for a period of three weeks. This is because it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
In the home practice workbook you'll find a 21 day practice calendar to track your progress. After you complete your 21 days you'll have created a new healthy habit, that will be easier to continue for the long term future.
