This alignment and technique course is focused on practically exploring a wide range of yoga poses (Asana) that can be found in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
Two week course: 16 - 23 January 2021
This beginners yoga course is a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga. The course will include some theory but mostly be hands-on and practical, with personalised feedback on your form and approach to the key yoga poses.
